This year’s Meetings and Events Australia (MEA) conference kicked off in style at National Wine Centre in Adelaide on Sunday May 6.
National Wine Centre welcomed 330 delegates to the elegant evening function.
The guests were entertained by Entertainment Adelaide and served gin cocktails by The Tipsy Gypsy.
Food Stations included salmon tacos made from whole, cured, or smoked salmon with salted cucumber salad, Yoder smoked mini cheese burgers, paella and tandoor with vegetable biryani, naan bread and salt and pepper lamb ribs.
There was a special wine tasting area hosted by the teams from St Hugo Wines, Jericho Wines, The Lane Vineyard and Yalumba.
The wine centre’s culinary team also showcased some local products from Spring Gully, Barossa Fine Foods, Oysters and Gelista Ice Cream.
